In our Deep Dive Into Yourself Series, we've curated workshops that bring the experience of water to your daily life. From mandala elemental water yoga flows, to meditations on water, every class will take you deeper into the magical healing power of water.

Every week you will be guided by brilliant teachers and experts from the extended Bayou family. Bathe in sound with Claudia our Tibetan singing bowl master or learn all about cold water exposure therapy with Davide, our Wim Hof specialist. Here is some of our fantastic team.
Claudia Sun
Claudia's experiential teachings are rooted in hours of personal practice and the resulting very positive life changes. Join her for water meditations and mind/body connection classes.
Davide Stum
Join Davide, a certified Wim Hof Method teacher to experience one of the three pillars of the method; conscious breathing. Find out how you can utilise oxygen to optimise body and mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.
Mikeda Toop
Mikeda trained in Mandala flow in 2016 with the prestigious Abula School of Mandala in Sri Lanka. She will guide you up and down the mat whilst you explore the ebb and flow the yoga practise that is representative of life.

We created this series so that we could reach many more of you around the world who may not be able to make it on one of our retreats. Dive into the Bayou experience wherever you are on your terms — in-person at our Berlin studio or virtually from your home.

FAQs
How do you attend a Bayou online session?
You can purchase individual tickets for each session. Upon signing up your confirmation will be emailed to you to access livestream and on-demand videos.
Are all sessions suitable for beginners and new comers?
We operate a totally inclusive and welcoming policy here at Bayou so all of our sessions are accessible for any level of student.
What equipment will I need for each session?
Specific equipment needed for each session will be specified when you sign up. You will always need either a yoga mat, soft surface or towel and most likely a cushion.
What if I cannot attend the session for some reason?
We understand that plans change, so you will have 7 day access to the recording of the session in our on demand portal.
What if I have a specific question about one of the sessions?
If you have any specific questions then please email enquiry@bayou.com and one of our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
