Finally a new kind of retreat! I loved the combination of mindfulness, and adventure. Just what we wanted for the annual trip!

Travelling alone means I always choose a retreat, but I'd never tried a sailing trip before. It was the perfect setting to get to know the group, and share the journey together

James, Amsterdam
